    Placing an order with AISU is simple and convenient. Browse our online catalog, select the products you need, and add them to your cart. Once you’ve reviewed your selection, proceed to checkout and follow the guided steps to complete your order. For bulk or custom orders, you can contact our sales team directly for assistance.
    Aisu accepts PayPal and Shopifty Payment.
    Yes, you can request changes or cancellations to your order before it has been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details, and we will assist you promptly. Note that custom or bulk orders may have specific terms for cancellations or modifications.
    AISU offers flexible shipping options to meet your needs. Depending on your location, we provide standard, express, and freight shipping for bulk orders. Our logistics team ensures your products are packed securely and delivered on time.
    Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. For standard shipping, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Express shipping ensures faster delivery, while bulk or custom orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

    After-sale

    25 % restocking fee will be charged for unshipped item returns without valid reason within 30 days of the original order being processed.
    For quality or other issues, the Buyer can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the end customer has received the item. The reshipment fee will be borne by the Seller.
    Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a 3 month warranty.In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.

    Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:

    Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage

    To start a return or exchange, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.
    Refunds are processed as soon as the returned item has been inspected and approved. It typically takes 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method. For questions about the status of your refund, feel free to contact us.
